I can easily and confidently vouch for Onyx Consulting and their level of professionalism. I'm an IT professional who takes Onyx along with me from job to job. Wouldn't have it any other way.
Yesterday I sat waiting on the phone with ""a major backup software company"" for what must easily be hours in the past for help with (a Major Backup Program).
Today I spent less than 30 minutes on the phone with Onyx who, within that short amount of time, exceeded the degree of clarity and accuracy of instruction I’ve received, cumulatively, from (the major backup program company) over that period.
THIS is just another reason why I can never fully express the full value of my business/partner relationship with the good folks at Onyx, the things they do for us – (consistently), their level of expertise and professionalism.
