I had a 3:30 appointment for my cat and sat in the lobby until almost 4:30 before they called me back (there were like 2 people waiting). They weighed my cat and 20 minutes later still no vet or explanation. After finally having had enough I put my cat back in his carrier and told the lady at the front desk that I was leaving as it had been nearly an hour and a half with no apology or explanation. Go to Central Vet Clinic, much better customer service and they act like they actually care about their customers.
