Review content:
Went to this subway to get a healthy meal after my workout, and I also had an Entertainment book coupon for buy one 6"" sub and one drink and get one 6"" sub free. When I was walking to the store, there were two people out front smoking. After standing inside for 5 minutes waiting for service, one of the two people who had been out front smoking came in and put on plastic gloves right away...so no, they didn’t wash their hands. Then they stated they had all breads, but later stated they were out of the first 3 bread types we ordered. At the register, we presented the coupon. The employee hesitated and then said ""We can't take those coupons"" and ""Our boss says we can't accept them and she put a sign on the employee entrance stating we can't."". When we stated there was no sign in the customer area stating that, he did not care. \r \r \r \r We later contacted the corporate office who forwarded our complaint to the store manager. The store manager called us and proceeded to tell us how we were confused, there was no employee there who fit the description we gave, and further that they take all coupons and no sign exists saying otherwise. She was literally, at some points during the call, yelling that we were wrong, and never gave us a chance so say much of anything.\r \r \r \r Not sure if the employee or the Store Manager is lying, but I would prefer to take my business to stores who have clean employees, who offer customer service, and where the Store Manager apologizes and corrects any issues instead of denying and accusing.\r \r
