Review content:
Moved out due to having raccoons in the ceiling for 3 months. Got tired of that we are sorry from the office and not getting the issue resolved. High Oaks did not have a problem taking my money. Also the hot tub only works for a day or 2 and then breaks again, High Oaks couldn't get it fixed right for the 2 years I was there. Plus manangement needs to see who is in the computer room before talking out loud about residents, no professionalism.
