If your want your garbage NOT to be picked up Texas Waste System is the one for the job! Try being a new customer and never having your garbage picked up but once in a month even when you pay 3 months in advance. Local administrators promised that they would be out that day ""even in a pick up truck if they had to"" to pick up our trash but they never showed. They do not even have the respect to treat you with a little customer sevice. When I canceled my service and demanded my money back TWS administrators retort was that it was going to take 4 may be even 6 weeks before I saw any or part of my money back because it had to come from their corporate offices in Rock Island, IL. So what now, out of money and yard full of stinky trash that I can not burn. I searched and searched all around for another company to help me with my little garbage collection problem and their are no companies in my area. TXS is the only one that will service this area. So it seems to me that TWS is just taking advantage of this situation and saying."" Oh well it ok to take good hard working people's money and provideing no service."" Now that sounds like stealing to me how about you?
