I've used Verner 3 times for my Jetta. The good: he and his staff are friendly, approachable and honest. The pricing is fair/on par with other VW repair services in Boulder. The not-so-good: It seems to take 20-30 minutes to pay for and get your car. I've sat at the counter for literally 30 minutes while he shoots the breeze with someone else, poking around an old Vanagon, discussing the weather, etc. I don't mean to seem impatient, and I understand a first-come, first-served policy, but I find it somewhat rude to make someone wait 30 minutes to pay hundreds of dollars, all so they can finish a conversation about the weather......be sure to leave PLENTY of time for the drop off and pick up if you go to Verner's, chances are there will be a wait.
