I have to agree with the first review. Pine Knoll used to be run by proffessionals. It used to be run by honest people. Now you have a bunch of dimwits who absolutley lie to your face. It took five emails to get them to understand I wanted them to pick up fan that had been left ther when ac leaked on carpet. One email from office said OOOOOH you want us to replace carpet in closet. I said NOTHING LIKE THAT in email. Nieve was laughting that the person forgot their medication. I finally phrased it like i was talking to achild and a slow one at that. The maintence man that finally came said that he did not know why the lady in office just didnt give it to him, and that it was very easy to understand what I was saying. He laughed at her too. There was damage to my kitchen when they took over. They took note of it when they took over. It was caused by upstairs neighbors washing machine leaking through my roof. The cheap corkboard cabnits they have warped. I am physicaly handicapped. I did not ask them for any accomadations. I paid for a floor to be put in with the understanding that they would replace it with carpet when I moved out. They had been telling me for months that they were about to replace the carpet. I got tired of being put off. I paid for floor. When I moved out, they flat out lied and said i had never discussed it with them. The cheap corkboard I was charged for. They had an excellent maintence man before new owners took over. He was so disgusted with them, he left.
