Review content:
This place is really a chain of bad experiences. I have had many myself, and also witnessed other people complaining about the customer service there. This is the first time I write a bad review of a place, but today I felt so impotent as a customer, the manager himself got me waiting as if I were a ghost in the photo department, while he was looking for a misplaced order, when he finished, he continued ignoring me until I complained, and after that he ignored me even more attending other people that were behind me on the line. So, rude! I am not a person of giving shows, but I felt like screaming out loud telling them how unprofessional they are. Any ways, i wouldn't have done it, for they always give excuses and solve the customer any problem. Que frustacion!
