Businiess name:  Capillo Hair Salon

Review content:
If you are looking for highlights that are two inches off the root after you are done paying, this is the place for you. I had dark brown hair with highlights when I went in, and brassy blonde, fried hair when I left. And they CHARGED me!!! I felt rushed, like I was putting my stylist off and I wasn't listened to at all. They told me because my hair had been bleached before they couldn't get the highlights the same color all the way down my hair. WHAT?!? I don't do hair, but I've had my hair done for years at other places with no problems. I left with my hair in a wet pony tail and immediatley put a hat on. \r \r What did I expect? I've always had my hair done in big cities and when I moved to Mt. Dora I thought I might have a problem.\r \r The only good thing from the whole disaster is I found a new Salon. I didn't know about this place when I went in to Capillo. They are a much bigger and better place that treated me like I was the only person in the room. Not to mention their people fixed my color and my hair feels better after they used some damage remedy on it.\r \r My recomendation....avoid at all costs. It cost me twice...once at Capillo and then once at Pure Aveda. The thing is I'll go back to Aveda, i don't even want to drive past Capillo. Pros: not a one. Cons: They don;t know what they are doing and will fry your hair!
