Had my hair done by Theresa, very nice gal. She highlighted and cut my hair. My hair was orange and the cut was awful. I went to another salon and asked them to fix it. The salon I went to in California was just fabulous and they told me that my hair was over processed and she didn't let my hair lift enough, hence the orange. Also, the cut was not angled properly. All in all, it cost me another $250 to get my hair back to a decent color and cut. You get what you pay for!
