I have been seeing GiGi for over 10 years. When she first started working on me I had just gone full blonde for the first time ( I always did highlights) and the salon which is high profile in Santa Monica (will remain unnamed) turned my hair orangey white. I had them color it dark brown the same day because of how horrible it looked, they were horrified themselves and did the best they could do to make it better but two weeks later the color was almost out and the true damage was apparent. Magically Gigi came into my life and did intense conditioning treatments on me and within 4 months my hair was repaired and Hair Model shape I kid you not. I am very Thankful for her salon and it's all natural products. Gigi also specializes in hair loss and has this Amazing product called Capillary that I have personally seen over the years restore hair loss from Chemo to pre-mature balding Men and Women. If you need an empathetic Hair Guru Gigi is for you. Yes, you may or may not get an immediate appointment and your appointment itself may take a little longer then you anticipated but believe me your patience will be truly rewarded.
Pros: Amazing cuts, No Chemicals, Specializes in Hair Growth and Hair repair, Natural Hair Products/color
Cons: Metered parking ( better to park in garage than risk getting a ticket )
