Review content:
Lakeland Health Care Center although newly built is one of the worse Long-Term Care Centers I have ever encounter. There staff is rude, and worse the Director of Nursing doesn't care about the employees nor the patients in my opinion. Worse of all is the treatment the patients receive, I also notice when visiting that there isn't any minorities working there, which also raise a concern about do they truly follow Equal Opportunity Laws there. In my opinion if you have a love one and you are considering Lakeland, I recommend that you look for a health care center somewhere else. My love one die there and it took the nurse a week to call me to report the death. So don't be fool because they have built a new facilities. Its the management and employees that make a good place,not the building.
