The BEST customer service out there and the BEST PRICES!! I did the research and their prices did not even come close to any of the other studios that are out there. My family didn't want to leave, we were having so much fun! We will always have our portraits taken at Rowland Studio from now on! There is no where else you can go to have the OWNER of the business right there taking your portraits and telling amazing stories! My kids keep asking to go back to have Bruce take more pictures, make bubbles for them, play with Zip, and my sister is having them take her wedding portraits! The greatest experience and some of the best memories! Amazing personal service and everyone works together like a family and supports each other. There was a mix-up with one of the pictures we ordered but they fixed it immediately and the quality is impeccable and beyond anything else we have gotten done at other studio. The model business for any business out there!
Pros: Owner of studio takes the pictures, Personal service, Amazing customer service, Extremely flexible hours for appointments, Prices were AMAZING!
Cons: No street parking in front from 4-6PM
