There is no doubt that Bob is quite the talker but in the experiences I have had with EMC, they have all been very good. Yes. Parts have taken some time to arrive when ordered but when I have called other vendors, they also have had delays with similar orders such as mine. Thats what you have to expect when most parts these days arrive from Asia and you operate in a very niche market. I'm not very well versed in muscle cars even though I have owned several,so my only recourse locally (Seattle/Tacoma) when I need advice and parts is EMC. Bob has always been very helpful and friendly albiet long winded at times but had the answer I was looking for. As per one of the reviews here regarding issuance of refunds, it clearly states on his wall and on a sign on the front counter how all refunds are conducted. As with any business, and I have had operated one myself, refunds must be accompianied by a receipt. I do not know the situation between EMC and the other gentleman regarding the receipt situation. Just stating a fact. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with EMC and will continue to purchase my parts there and look for advice regarding restoration on my vehicles.
