Hooray! We finally have someone locally who is renown for making some of the finest chocolates in this nation! Fran's Chocolates (and Fran) were featured on the cooking network and that was quite impressive. They had a whole show dedicated to her and how her chocolates are so well made and top notch as far as chocolates go. Each year, my husband buys me a box of her chocolates and I can tell you .....it's simply heavenly!!!!
