I had bought an exercise machine and the store I bought it from was going to put it together for free great and they recomended Store to Door. It would take the store I bought it from 3-5 days to put it together. I called the Store to Door about 10 times due to having no way to get it home due to the size of it the message I got on the machine would say we are helping other customer leave a message and we will call you back. After three days I receive a phone call talk to the guy we set up an appointment for Saturday never heard from them again so I rented a uhaul and got a friend to help me take it to my house. I have never had such bad service especially a so called professional bussiness not keep an appointment and I was paying cash. I guess i just did not want to do it my self but it ended up being cheaper and I have good friends so I got it done but it was the worst service ever.
