Had lunch there today, this was the 6th time or better this yr visiting, and as usual the service was below poor..\r
This go round, I ordered fries with my po-boy, sandwhich comes out (actually sandwhich came out twice as he tried to give me another tables order first), no fries, I ask again, this time a few minutes go by and I ask a third time...he never turned the order in, and wanted to know if I still wanted them (at this point I am down to less than half of my Po Boy) I decline, but asked for a discount for screwing up my order.\r
The ""owner"" says, don't worry ,I did not charge you for the fries....I would have been happy with them comping my Iced Tea, I was not looking for a free meal, but this comment alone was enough that I will not be returning...\r
The food is good, but not good enough for that kind of customer service...
