HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I took my 2 dogs to Sweet Clips for the first and last time on 12/30/2011 around 1pm. Melissa was there that day. She said it would be $75.00 dollars to bathe both dogs, trim them if needed, trim their nails, brush and dry them. We always wait while our dogs are being groomed to make sure they are not being mistreated. So i waited while she bathed both of my dogs but did nothing else. She told me that my little dogs bark was going straight into her brain. What she meant by that remark, I'm not quite sure. Our big dog is part Chow and has a lot of fur so it takes more time to dry him. Our little dog is a min pin with very short hair and much easier to dry. I told Melissa I could take the BIG DOG home a little damp so she could get done faster since the little dogs bark seemed to be bothering her so badly. She said, ""I going to let you take them both home now."" Both dogs were dripping wet. When I got them outside they both shook to get some of the water off. Then they shook more in the car on the way home. By damp, I meant a little damp to the touch, NOT DRIPPING WET! When I got them home, my wife and I used 4 towels to dry them. All the towels were soaked!! Then my wife dried both dogs with her blow dryer for over an hour. Melissa still charged me the full $75.00 for just washing my dogs. There was no trimming their fur around their toes, ears, etc.... and no trimming their toe nails, no brushing them and NO DRYING THEM! I would think she would have given me a discount on the price since she didn't even do half the work, but she didn't. My wife was livid and I wasn't happy either. I will never go there again and my wife and I will let as many people as possible know about my experience with Sweet Clips.
