Thanks for your excellent group of Agents, who stand and wait to help each driver with all the big and little details needing attention on our fine automobiles. Whatever you folks are doing to train these men and women, is working well. The rest of America is in great need of your secrets. These Receiving Attendants smile, they are attentive, they race to find light bulbs, fuses, nuts and bolts, and they drive the car into the shop with tender loving care. What I truly enjoy after the shop work is completed, is stepping into my ""just washed and cleaned"" vehicle. My automobile receives a good car wash and shines as it is driven up to me, and even the hubs of the wheels are polished. For this, I also thank you . . .
