The food is very good and very authentic, however the owner of the restaurant can be very rude without any apparent reason.
If you really like vietnamese beef noodle soup (phe hoa), try the restaurant across the street. They have one of the best beef noodle soup in the country.
Pros: Inexpensive, Authentic, Tasty
Cons: Rude Owner, Poor Service, Poor Neighbourhood
