If you want a dependable, honest, and hardworking pest control company, this is not the company to use. Don't even think they will be on time, and be prepared to have your appointment moved at least once. The technicians seem to have limited knowledge. If you call the office, be prepared for short and alot of times rude answers. I would not use this company ever again.
