I wish I would of done a little more research before I enrolled my puppy into day camp at PetSmart. I brought her in for her first day, I dropped her off at 7:30am and left instructions to give her lunch at noon. I arrived early at 3:30pm (normally I would have picked her up at 6pm), they provided me a full bag of her food. When I asked why this bag is full they looked puzzled...I asked if they had fed her...and they responded ""I'm sorry we forgot"". Really, I left her in your care and you forget to fed her, the poor thing hadn't eaten all day. If I would of came to pick her up at 6pm, she would of gone from 7:30am to 6pm without any food. This is pure negligence and inhumane!!!! I don't know what kind of business these people think they are running, but this in unacceptable. Imagine you not eating breakfast and lunch all day. My puppy began eating all her food the moment I opened the zip lock bag. I have escalated this issue to Corporate, and hope the General Manager cleans up their business. I thought PetSmart was a name I could trust, unfortunately I was wrong. I will be looking for a local or family owned business in the area.
