I found this gym after working out at the YWCA for many, many years. I found the do-it-yourself model of working out to be way more satisfying. The people who use the gym tend to be there to work out rather than to treat it as a social hour. They are seriously interested in being there to work out and to get themselves into better shape! \r \r There are many areas in which one can train there. They have an amazing and effective personal trainer on staff if you need some help in setting and meeting your goals. \r \r The only complaint I would have about the space is really about the people who use it. You have the usual gym etiquette issues here...i.e. cell phones, people not putting weights back, etc...but since it's a smaller and more personal space it isn't nearly as bad as the mega-gyms that so many people flock to use. All in all, it is quite a perfect setup for me and my fitness needs! \r \r 24/7...no holidays...work out any time YOU want to! DO IT! Pros: Great staff! Great equipment! Clean! Location! Cons: A little small. Temperature can be whack. (hot/cold)
