Dr. Michael and staff are great! They are very kid friendly, treat each child individually, and are very thorough. We are never rushed through appointments. They are great at scheduling ample time so that the doctor will spend quality time on your concerns w/o rushing or making other patients wait too long. We have had great experiences with all the staff at Arvada Pediatrics. Dr. Michael excels at making a child feel at ease and comfortable while ensuring that he is thorough with each child's exam. My children actually look forward to their next visit at the office. \r
Pros: kid friendly office and staff, offers free info pamphlets appropriate w/ child's age, returns calls in timely manner
Cons: phone lines can be busy at peak times (i.e. Monday morning)
