I recently had a back waxing at Pial, and Elena was great. Very friendly, yet professional. The wax didn;t irritate my sensitive skin, and the soothing powder she put on afterwards left my back feeling clean, soft, and, of course, smooth! I certainly will be returning for my next appointment. She also let me know that she can be very flexible for appointments should I need to reserve a weekend or evening appointment.
