Since this spa is convenient to my home, I have tried it on several occasions for manicures, facials and waxing, but have consistently been disappointed by the lack of customer service. The quality and training of the personnel varies, but in particular you'll want to avoid ""Ziba"" who performs facials, waxing -- she.is very high strung, tense and terse.... not a relaxing or enjoyable spa experience. The spa is located in an aging Victorian building and generally serves an older clientelle, the ""aging main line matron."" With so many other spas in the area to choose from, I would not recommend this spa.

Cons: poor service attitude
