Review content:
We arrive and notice empty beer bottles throughout the parking lot, trash and plastic cups thrown about...not a good sign. We entered around 6pm and waited for about 15 minutes for a hostess. No one showed. Finally, enter the bar and someone is yelled out to help us. We sit. There is an unpleasant odor, like a dirty mop was used to clean the floors. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. We place our order. Two of us had the chicken Joseph....bad choice. The chicken is burnt on the edges. The onion rings are super greasy. I had to ask twice to get a napkin One person got the pulled pork sandwich and he liked it. The other person got a fish dish and said it was just okay. The entree prices are high..about $24. For that money, my food should be more than just ""okay"" and it shouldn't have any burnt marks on it. This place is a bar that serves food and it's trying too hard to be a real restaurant. Save your money & eat elsewhere. Other bars have done this better with nicer food and atmosphere. This place does not accept the gift certificates from restaurant-com nor any discounts, so don't waste your time.
