I have been going to Split End Salon since 2001.
At first glance, some may be turned away by the 'cheap' look of the salon (it's in the Double Daves plaza across from ACCs Northridge Campus), but don't let looks fool you.
The owner (Lee Lee) is very experienced and caring, friendly, and the cost is an absolute STEAL (I have never paid more than $25, including tip).
They also offer nail service (I recommend MiMi), and other services as well.
A definite must!
