Review content:
Kennel cough is an airborne sickness that is extremely hard to control. The bordetella shot, like a flu shot, will not guarantee protection. To blame the kennel for your dogs sickness is like blaming the school when your child comes home with a cold. It is very unlikely the your dog would have died as the kennel would certainly have given medical attention before then. I recommend that people learn the facts before posting negative reviews for something that is clearly not the fault of the kennel.
