March 8, 2011\r \r Jeff Bezon, CEO\r Amazon\r 1200 12th Avenue \r South Seattle, WA 98144\r \r Dear Mr. Bezon –\r \r Enclosed, please find an email confirmation for some items I ordered from Amazon. The order comes to $77.03.\r \r However, due to fraud, a glitch, or incompetence, I was billed for other items that I did not order. REPEAT -- I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING BUT THE ITEMS I HAVE HEREIN ENCLOSED. \r \r After several frustrating phone calls and emails, I spoke with Customer Service Representative Simon R, although he claims to be a supervisor, he wouldn’t give me his full name or identification number so that he could be traced – that leads to deception and bad business dealings.\r \r Now, it appears that Amazon is trying to place the onus on me regarding an order that I didn’t place. Someone should be responsible for picking up the items I did NOT order. I have cancelled my AmEx credit card and have issued a request for an investigation of this matter and a disputation of the charges due to fraud. \r \r I would like for someone at Amazon to deal with these order problems, because I’m not the least responsible. Amazon is using bad faith in this transaction and I will not be a part of it. \r \r I’m angry to be treated shabbily. It’s obvious to me that as a matter of policy to Amazon, the customer is always responsible – I did NOT order any items that are not enclosed in this letter. You can bet that I will not use Amazon ever again and will tell everyone I know that if they do -- they do so at their own risk.\r \r
