I was in the market for a high-end titanium frame and wanted an older model which had been discontinued already. I scouted out the world from the web and phone calls for several months and had looked at both new and used options, then I found Bay Ridge had a NOS for this particular ti frame. \r

I was a little nervous about buying from a shop I never heard of across the country at first, but then the person I email back & forth with, Anthony, was absolutely great. Honest, great communicator, not being pushy, and answered all my questions promptly with excellent details. I did 2 more weeks of research and ended up calling Bay Ridge back and placed the order. The person, Mike, who helped me putting the order together and packing it was great too. I definitely would buy from them again without hesitation. \r
