Falcon Ridge where do I start ...When I came to look at my place it was clean but I later found out i had red ants everywhere I asked the people in the office to come spray they didnt I got rid of them myself. But everything else was fine until the new management took over .OMG!!!! The people thats in there now are LAZY know matter what time you call the office no 1 answers the phone it goes to the answering service. The water is ALWAYS poo brown and you never have hot water. The maintanence team is never the same it's alway different people they are LAZY as well.The building I live in have termints they havent done anything to get rid of them ...The gates hardly work trash be everywhere you pay for trash pick up but they dont always pick it up.people have had there cars towed away for no reason at all. The only thing that might get done is they have the people come and clean the proptey .It seams as if they let just anybody move in here as long as they got the mony to pay the rent they dont care. This has been the worst place I have lived after the change of management All I have to say about the people in the office is RUDE RUDE RUDE.and trust that they are not people I would put to run my business.To the owner with the people you have in your office I WISH YOU LUCK..When the other LADYS was in office you would raely see people moving out but now its like every day.. I cant wait 2 move out in 1 month left..Thank God....
