First off, we made reservations and were seated by the kitchen entrance. The restaurant was not busy... yet we were seated in a place with more traffic the craps tables. Lesson # 1... don't make reservations, you get treated worse.\r \r Second... I ordered a well done steak (I know... a travesty!) and it was still bleeding when I cut in to it. Not the end of the world, as long as it's fixed without a fuss. No such luck! I let the waiter's assistant know that it wasn't cooked properly, he apologized and went to get the waiter. The waiter walked up to the table and asked me, ""What's the problem?"". I explained that the steak was undercooked. He whipped the steak from the table, turned, and left. No apologies... nothing!\r \r And the final straw... The food wasn't outstanding. I can get a better steak in Seattle! Pros: um... none Cons: bad service
