fell out of my mouth. He explained to me no problem, we will put it back in no charge. The no charge part was NOT TRUE, he charged $170.\r
\r
#2 I had a teeth whiting application done which was explained as the outcome would be whiter than the recent crown put in my mouth. (the crown was intentionally made whiter due to this future plan to whiten my teeth) Not even close to being true. \r

The service was $300. The deal was I paid $150 that day and they would bill me the other $150 in a month.\r

When offered the service I was told that I would also receive a box of Crest PRO whiting strips as part of the deal. My nice little present was half used when I received it and also EXPIRED. \r

I called the receptionist about a week after my whiting to explain that my teeth were not showing any signs of being remotely close to what was promised to me. \r

She then stated I dont know what to tell you \r
\r
I told her that my whiting strips that were given to me where half used and expired. Her response was thats how we do things WHAT????? Why didnt you tell me this before???\r

After the receptionist argued with me back and forth I told her to cancel all appointments. She then told me that I could come in for another treatment, which satisfied my anger of not having the promised color of teeth I should have had, so I decided to go back and receive what was first promised to me.\r

Well, I go to my appointment and they call me to the counter. You owe us $300. \r
\r
For what I asked. \r

I said the only thing I owe is the other $150 for the whiting. Then the receptionist says, oh there was a crown that was glued back in YES THE ONE THAT THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR\r
