I lived in NYC for three years and had a stylist/colorist that I adored. I have a texturized short hair style and would always get compliments. However when I moved back home to Baltimore, my hair was never the same. All in all I tried 17 different stylists over the period of three years. I was always forced to make the trip up north to get my old stylist to 'fix' it. Every stylist I tried would give me a 'mom' do or would want to do what they wanted and not what I wanted. It was never quite right....until I stumbled on Katie. I read the reviews here and decided to give it a shot. WOW! I was blown away! In fact after my first cut with her, everyone told me it looked like my old hair again. I called my stylist up in NYC and told him that I would not be seeing him any longer as I had finally found someone in Baltimore who rocked! I can't thank Katie enough for the great cut. I can't wait for her to color my hair too.
Pros: great atmosphere, close to home, GREAT HAIR
