Beam has been a great find! I first checked out another local laser spa since I won a 'prize package' from them. It was definitely no prize. Even with half off, it was super expensive and the office itself was not a great experience. I waited more than 30 minutes just to be seen for my test session. They said they'd follow up with me and never did. So, I started looking around for other places. Beam has a fantastic location and is a small shop with great reviews, so I decided to check it out. I bought the 6 package without even testing it! The service you get there with Andrea and Liza is so personal, you feel so comfortable with them! I did my first session and didn't see much hair loss, so Andrea followed up with a second no charge session two weeks later, and it worked like a charm! I have never waited even a minute to be seen, and the prices are even more reasonable than the other places I looked into. I can't imagine any place being better!
Pros: Personal service with a friendly environment, small clean shop with no waiting, reasonable pricing...
Cons: Nothing!
