Especially if you get a manager...they act like they are ""god"" and you are a peon! I did nothing wrong, paid on time on my mom's truck, they told me I had to pay off in 3 days or vehicle would be repossessed.....really??? I had made 13 payments after her death car was willed to me, kept calling to get loan changed to my name .....NOT AN OPTION pay by end of the week or it will be repo'd......so like a fool I did...then I get another bill, final....paid it $20 or so....and end up with an overpayment........You can only guess what that phone call was like.....KEEP the freaking 20 bucks and I hope the miserable biatch that I spoke to on all the above gets her due for being so MEAN!!!!!!! Can't believe she is in customer service! PLEASE NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
