I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but I thought I'd give it a try (we had received coupons in the mail). Service was slow but they tried to be pleasant. Right away, they suggested mark-up drinks (a strange but ""patriotic"" lemonade that was more like a tri-colored slush). My steak was riddled with fat and was not of good quality. My partner's bacon cheeseburger came out without the extras (how hard is it to mess up a simple burger?). They rushed it back to correct it. He got a pile of bacon and unmelted cheese on top. ugh. The fries were overly salted. Needless to say, we didn't stay for dessert. For simple food but better quality & service, I'll go elsewhere.
Pros: Unpretentious menu
Cons: Slow, poor service, Poor food quality
