Service: C \r Food: C \r Value: C \r \r I also used to like Macaroni Grill when they first came out. Now they are very chainy and the customer service I received here was the worst I have experienced in Houston. That is no exaggeration. Here's the story. I went here with my girlfriend one night, casually dressed but definitely appropriate. They sat us in the dingiest corner when there were better, available areas to sit. Waiters and waitresses were so close as they walked by, it already felt like a waste of money, but we stayed. It took 30 MINUTES for a waiter to take our order. When we finally ordered, it took another 30 MINUTES to bring out the food. OK, I understand that some nights are busy and let's just say that is acceptable. There was a nice white couple sitting next to us experiencing the same issue. They started talking to us about how ridiculous the service was and we agreed. They brought out the wrong order for my girlfriend, so we nicely sent it back. They brought out the wrong order for her AGAIN, so we sent it back. At this time, the couple next to us were complaining about their wait. They spoke to the biggot manager who was sweet as pie to them and told them their dinner was on the house. They pointed to us and said we experienced the same issues and the manager said, ""I'll get to them."" 20 MINUTES passed and he had not talked to us. We asked to speak with him and waited longer. He finally came and had the biggest attitude, asking us ""what is the problem?"" and ""well what did you order, this or that?."" Words cannot explain the difference between how he treated us and the other couple. When they brought the bill I said I'm not paying and walked out. I called corporate and complained about that Manager the next day.\r \r Be sure to check out my other restaurant reviews at www.houstoncuisine.blogspot Cons: Everything
