I came to the Center Studio about three years ago. I signed up for a session and I was hooked! I workout twice a week consistently and it has changed my body and made me feel stronger, flexible and has improved my posture.\r

I have taken many classes and worked out at the gym but I never felt energized and relaxed at the same time. Pilates gives you an intense workout and you feel revitalized at the end of every session.\r

No matter what my schedule is I always fit Pilates in and cannot imagine a week without it!\r
