So here's the deal. I moved here in November 07 shortly after a friend of mine moved to this same complex. We both signed 6 month leases with the company and are just now finding out that if we want to sign another lease with them, they are going to raise our rents! If we sign a six month lease, we will have to pay nearly $50 more a month. If we go month to month, you pay nearly $150 more a month for rent!! These rate increases have nothing to do with raising rents over time as some places do...this has been their practice for years!\r

No one told us this when we moved in. I guess they either don't plan on people wanting to move and deal with all the hassles or they really just say ""f*** you thanks for all your money the past 6 months"".\r

Their maintanace people are pretty lazy and you have to ask to get things done at least three times before anyone comes out to do anything. Your best bet is to look elsewhere! This property is owned by Olen Management group and they own several communities in Vegas. I'm sure their practices are the same elsewhere too so be wary!
Pros: assigned parking, everywhere is lighted
Cons: shady maintanance people/practices
