I have been a customer here for about 6 years, but recently had an experience that will keep me from EVER EVER going back. The owner is so rude. He didn't clean a shirt properly so I left it there to be redone. In the meantime, I brought back another shirt that I discovered wasn't cleaned properly. His coworker helped me first and then he got involved. He tried to tell me that the shirt that I was bringing back was the one that I was picking up. Difficult story to relay so I won't try.. even my 13 year old said don't tell this story to your friends. Bottom line, this cleaners sucks, the owner wouldn't believe a long time customer. He is a rude and doesn't put the customer first. If you ever have an issue with this cleaners, it will be extremely difficult to resolve due to his limited English. I lived in a foreign country for several years so have sympathy for people speaking a language other than their own... but this goes deeper. This guy is arrogant and doesn't put the customer first. AVOID AVOID AVOID
