DO NOT GO, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED I took in all my favorite clothing in and she RUINED all of them, my $80 skirt shrunk too short became super fuzzy and strings were every where, my favorite $90 sweater ruined, buttons are falling off, color is faded and its also super fuzzy and shrunk too much i can't where it, a fancy black cocktail dress worth $320 has strings flying everywhere off of it, and my blue blouse now looks gray. Terrible and at first, she tried denying it even though I was there 5 minutes before picking it up and then I made her look it up in the computer and she saw that she did do it so from then ""Manufacture problem"" ""Manufacture problem"" ""Not my problem"". All in all, I lost: $530 DO NOT GO, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
