I recently moved from a property managed by Brittain Commercial and was sad to go, especially after dealing with my new property management company. I had to Google Brittain Commercial for their number for my deposit and was surprised to see negative reviews. I have lived at two properties managed by this company and both experiences have been great from start to finish. Maintenance and any problems i had were handled quickly and professionally which is more than I can say about a lot of other apartments I have lived at.
