Review content:
Upon reading the reviews on this site, as well as being referred by an associate, I made an appointment for a hair cut at this salon. This was a mistake. The experience I had at Salon Euphoria was incredibly disappointing, and downright insulting. The stylist, Andrea, pulled my hair so hard when she was straightening it that my head was shaking. She also snagged my earring while combing my hair. She never apologized, and she didn't give me a chance to say anything. In fact, she hardly acknowledged my existence. She never said a word to me, other than asking me what I wanted done with my hair. She carried on conversation with others in the salon, and the other stylists were engaging in the usual small talk which is customary when one goes into get a hair cut, etc. Other people were offered wine, I was not. I generally do not leave reviews for places of establishment, but this experience was the single most rude, antisocial behavior I have ever seen at a salon. I would have been better off going to a mall. The service would have been better, and I could easily have received the same generic haircut she gave me. This is not an exaggeration by any means. I am writing this for the benefit of others who use this service. A salon experience is one which people look forward to, and it is a sad, sad shame to go into it feeling that way, and leaving feeling pretty much shocked at such abuse. Given that there are good reviews, I would imagine that this salon only caters to a certain crowd, so if you are a hard-working, well-dressed person that does not make six figures, definitely go somewhere else. No one deserves such treatment, much less having to pay for it.
