We took a party of 10 to eat at the restaurant, which included 2 kids. We were accommodated right away with a table. We ordered drinks and then food. The waitress was uninterested in our questions on menu items and we were not given silverware but served food leaving us having to ask for dinnerware. The waitress did not come to ask us how things were for most of the meal so we continued to ask passing by servers for water, napkins, etc. My kids ordered mac n cheese which was reheated and not fresh. My kids love mac n cheese, but they would not eat this and I had to convince the waitress it was not fresh even though she insisted it was. (it was taken off the bill). Ultimately, the food was good, but the service made it a frustrating experience plus the tip was added to the bill, leaving us no way to express our dissatisfaction. As we left we heard the next table complaining about their service too with the same waitress. Oh and don't ask for your bill to be split >4!
