Review content:
We have always been close as a family, but adding martial arts training has given us much more to talk about and work on as a family. Both my teenagers have set goals for Black Belt! My wife & I have benefitted from stretching out & getting moving again. We have enjoyed the attention the staff puts toward helping us move along and get things right. It really has been a blend of your mind controlling your body. It feels good to be confident of my physical control. It has also been fun to have my daughter or son help me get some of the motions right! They have really gotten fast! It is also a boost in confidence to have my daughter heading to college with a knowledge of self-defense.
