I've been going with my family to the Plant for over 15 years now, and it is still one of my favorite restaurants. They serve a nice bowl/cup of chili, and nothing beats a pod or stuffed pizza. I've probably visited there over 100 times, and have been delighted with the food and service at least 95% of the time. Oh - it's also known for it's broad range of micro-beers, although I am not a drinker. And yet the bar is always packed, as well as the tables for food.
Pros: Broad range of food options - pizza, salads, sandwiches, dinners, etc.
Cons: Small restaurant - sometimes you have to wait for service / seating.
