Businiess name:  Chick-fil-a
Review by:  Michael H.
Review content:
If you want a real chicken sandwich, and want it fast, there's only place to get it: Chick-fil-a. To be honest, I walked past this place dozens of times with hardly a glance in that direction. The name just didn't sound like someplace where I could get decent food. What won me over and finally got me to go in was a fabulously funny calendar a friend gave me featuring the Chick-fil-a cows. Now if you haven't seen a Chick-fil-a before, these cows won't mean a thing to you, but basically they're part of the advertising strategy. Cows don't want to be eaten, right? So take some cows, show them standing up and holding signs like Eat Mor Chikn, and you've got a restaurant with a sense of humor selling a lot of chicken. No beef here - go to McDonald's for that. Then again, you may not find beef there, either. Their slogan boasts, We didn't invent chicken, just the chicken sandwich. And they very well may be right. If you're like me and you've ever taken a slab of fried chicken and placed it between two slices of bread to make a sandwich, then you're in for a real treat when you try their chicken sandwich. It comes in both a fried and a grilled variety, and though both are delicious I can't help but enjoy the fried chicken more. The chicken is all white meat on these sandwiches, and there are also chicken nuggets which are also 100% white meat as well. What I really like about the meat they use is that it's not ground up into some strange chicken mash, but consists only of whole pieces of meat. As such, sometimes you may get more than other times; it depends on the slice and perhaps how well-endowed that chicken had been. Waffle fries are also delicious and less greasy than at most fast food places. You can also buy salads, sandwich wraps, fruit, and so on. The store at Lakeforest Mall is exceptionally well managed. Every employee knows what they're doing and there is never a long wait for food. The line keeps moving even during the busy lunch rush. The tables and seats are being cleaned almost constantly - anytime there's even the slightest lull in business, an employee comes out and starts wiping them down. And every now and then there's a nice little surprise: sometimes you're given a card and encouraged to complete a phone survey, with your reward being a code for a free chicken sandwich when you're done.
