I chose Dr. Ballou as my ( then 6 mos. old) daughters pediatrician when we moved to Los Angeles. I was shocked that despite being early to every appointment she consistently kept us waiting with an infant for two hours or more! The waiting alone I would have suffered through had it not been for her condescending and questionable treatment. She is the most Obnoxious pediatrician I have ever encountered.
I have never taken the time to write a negative review but choosing a pediatrician is an extremely important decision for parents. I want to warn parents who are considering Dr. Ballou to think twice and keep looking.
